Our primary concern is your dental health and providing you with high-quality care and service. As a patient of Glen Dental Center, we expect payment to be made at the time services are performed. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not participate in any insurance plans but can happily accept your insurance coverage if your plan allows for you to select your own dentist like Dr. Gilmor. When or if your treatments require extensive dental care, or if financing is needed, we recommend CareCredit and other personalized financing options depending upon your treatment plan. We understand and are sensitive to your financial circumstances and will work with you to figure out a plan that enables you to receive your necessary treatment. Please note: When it comes to insurance coverage, we will certainly assist you in preparing all the necessary forms to apply for that benefit. It behooves you to remember however that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. We are unable to provide you with a guarantee of any estimated coverage and you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. If you would like to know what your expected coverage will be, we can provide a pre-treatment estimate. Your insurer will generally send a detailed response within 4-6 weeks.
